A BILL to repeal section twenty-nine, article two, chapter twenty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, relating to licensing aliens.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

ARTICLE 2. WILDLIFE RESOURCES.

§1. Repeal of section relating to licensing aliens.

Section twenty-nine, article two, chapter twenty of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.

(NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal the law pertaining to allowing aliens to be licensed to hunt and fish in the state.)
